I started Barefoot Cas to share tips, stories, and top destinations from my road trips across the United States. And who knows? 2023 is the year I’ll start traveling internationally as well, so I might end up writing a few posts about my international travels too…
Last year I spent a month living out of a minivan with one of my college friends, covering about 8,000 miles in the span of four weeks. So I’m excited to see what adventures this year will bring!

I work remotely as a freelance content marketer for small businesses and solopreneurs. My services include writing blog posts, writing web copy, LinkedIn marketing, and Pinterest marketing. I partner with small business owners to ghostwrite their website or social media content for them.
